WHAT WE DO

We love gardens, the power they have, and the joy they can bring. Our approach is thoughtful and flexible, ensuring that the environments we work on are both beautiful and practical, and work in harmony with our clients. We design, create and care for gardens that enrich everyday life and offer a calm connection to nature.

Our work is driven by a genuine love of nature and a desire to help you make the most of your outdoor spaces, whether that means reimagining an entire garden or bringing new life to an existing one.

We offer a range of design services tailored to suit your needs and the scale of your project. From complete garden redesigns to detailed planting plans and one-to-one consultations, our approach is thoughtful and flexible, ensuring that every space we work on is both beautiful and practical, and works in harmony with your lifestyle.

Quality and care underpin everything we do. We pride ourselves on delivering a professional, friendly service and on paying close attention to detail at every stage of the process.

Collaboration is key; we work closely with you to understand your vision and translate it into a garden that feels personal, considered and enduring.

Above all, our goal is simple: to create gardens that our clients genuinely enjoy spending time in. Spaces that feel welcoming, inspiring and well cared for, and that continue to bring pleasure long after the work is complete.

We are based in North Kent and work across the South East of England and further afield.

OUR ETHOS

We believe that a well-designed garden has the power to enrich lives. Our work is guided by a genuine appreciation for nature and a desire to create outdoor spaces that people can truly enjoy, use, and feel connected to. Every garden we design is shaped around the clients, responding carefully to how the space will be lived in as well as how it will look.

Wellbeing sits at the heart of our design philosophy. Gardens can offer refuge from the pace and pressures of modern life, providing places to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the natural world. Through thoughtful layout, planting, and atmosphere, we aim to create environments that encourage calm, lift the spirit, and support mental and emotional health. Our designs seek to offer spaces that feel grounding, restorative, and deeply personal.

We approach each project with a strong respect for the land and its context. An understanding of how people have shaped, and been shaped by, landscapes over time informs our work, allowing us to design gardens that feel grounded and authentic. Sustainability plays an integral role in this process, ensuring that our gardens are not only beautiful but also resilient, environmentally responsible, and in harmony with their surroundings.

Creativity and joy are essential elements of our practice. We strive to bring a sense of curiosity, playfulness, and warmth into every garden, creating spaces that invite exploration and delight. Our designs balance structure with freedom, allowing nature to express itself while offering places of comfort and surprise.

Above all, we value collaboration. Each garden is the result of a close working relationship with our clients, shaped by their needs, aspirations, and way of life. Whether designing a complete transformation or refining an existing space, our aim is always the same: to create gardens that feel meaningful, nurturing, and enduring - spaces that grow with you and continue to give back over time.

ABOUT

Edmund is a horticulturalist and garden designer based in Faversham, Kent. With a passion for creating spaces that are both beautiful and restorative he believes gardens are more than just aesthetic - they have the power to enhance wellbeing, reduce stress, and foster a deeper connection to nature.

Edmund’s own garden, featured on BBC Gardeners’ World, became a sanctuary during his young sons treatment following a cancerous brain tumour, reinforcing his belief in nature’s restorative power. This personal journey inspires him to design gardens that nurture both the mind and body, offering places of solace, healing, and joy.

Alongside his design practice, Edmund works with the gardening for health charity Thrive, further deepening his understanding of how gardens can support mental health. He is also guided by his academic background in Archaeology and Anthropology, which gives him a unique perspective on the relationship between people and the land. This knowledge informs his designs, ensuring they are sustainable, grounded in their environment, and bring a sense of calm.

A lifelong love of the outdoors fuels Edmund’s creativity, infusing his gardens with a sense of wonder, playfulness, and adventure - spaces that invite exploration and bring joy to everyday life.
